The Oculus22 is serviced by the .22 socket profile on the Rugged Universal plate — one of four profiles marked on the reverse face, so there is no trial and error finding the right one. Rimfire cans carbon up fast; the plate is stiff enough to break a cap that has locked, and non-marring so it does not chew the finish getting there.
