Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of outside companies to run this store, process your order, and get it to you. Each receives only the information it needs to do its job:

  • Stripe: processes payment for your order and, through Stripe Checkout, collects your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing address on our behalf.
  • Amazon (Multi-Channel Fulfillment): receives your name, shipping address, phone number, and email so your order can be picked, packed, and shipped from Amazon's fulfillment network.
  • Resend: sends the transactional emails you receive from us, such as order confirmations and shipping notifications, and is given your email address for that purpose.
  • Supabase: hosts the database that stores your account and order information, and the storage bucket that hosts our product images.
  • Vercel: hosts this website and processes the request logs generated as you use it. We also use Vercel Analytics, which records each page view along with the page address, the site you arrived from, and your device, browser and country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you by name or email.
  • Sentry: receives error reports and technical diagnostic data if something on the site breaks, so we can fix it. Sentry is not configured to receive your name, email, or other identifying account details by default.
  • Google: if you sign in with a Google account, Google acts as our sign-in provider and shares your basic Google profile information (such as your name and email) with us to create and authenticate your account.
  • Telegram: when you place an order, your name and email are included in an order-notification message sent to a private alert channel used internally by our team to stay aware of new orders.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Regular security assessments and audits
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
