LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, WAIVER, AND INDEMNIFICATION

By purchasing, using, or possessing products, services, or information from Silent Watch Tactical, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Assumption of Risk.

You acknowledge and agree that activities for which our products are used, including but not limited to tactical operations, training, shooting sports, and self-defense, are inherently dangerous and carry risks of serious personal injury, death, and property damage. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Silent Watch Tactical or others, and assume full responsibility for your participation and use of our products.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability.

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Silent Watch Tactical, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (hereinafter "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while using any product or information from Silent Watch Tactical.

3. Limitation of Liability.

In conjunction with the clauses above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be strictly limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the specific product(s) or service(s) in question. Silent Watch Tactical will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our products, services, or information. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, costs of replacement goods, loss of use, personal or property damage, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

4. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silent Watch Tactical and its Releasees from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use, misuse, or modification of any product from Silent Watch Tactical, or your breach of these terms and conditions.
