1. Why there is nothing to send back

Return postage on a tool this size, plus the handling to check it over and put it back into stock, costs more than the tool does. Asking you to package it, queue at a counter and wait for it to arrive would cost us more and cost you an afternoon. So we skip all of it and just refund you.

2. The 30-day window

Thirty days from the day your order is delivered. Ask inside that window and it is a refund, no questions about why.

3. How to ask

Email us or use the contact form with your order number. One person reads that inbox and it is the same person who made the tool, so you will get a real answer rather than a ticket number.

4. Refunds

• Refunds go back to the original payment method. No store credit unless you ask for it.
• You get the full price you paid for the item, including any sales tax charged on it. No restocking fee, because there is nothing to restock.
• We issue it as soon as we have read your email. How long it then takes to land is up to your bank — usually a few business days.

5. Damaged, wrong, or faulty

Arrived broken, the wrong item, or something is off with how it was made? Tell us and we will put it right — a replacement or a refund, your call, inside the 30 days or outside it. A photo helps us fix the underlying problem but is not a condition of anything.

6. Bought the wrong one

Ordered the 2-in-1 and needed the 4-in-1, or bought against the wrong host? Say so and we will send the right one. If you are not sure which tool your suppressor takes, ask before you order — that is a better outcome for both of us than a refund.
